A year is ten months of the monthly price, so two months are free. In Vietnam the plans are sold by 8020 English in VND, with a Vietnamese contract and an e-invoice; outside Vietnam you contract with Testlyn LLC and pay by card in USD. Questions
Is Free a trial?
No. Free has no end date and no card. It becomes too small when you pass 20 students in open classes or 3 classes, and the app says so at that moment.
What counts as a student?
A student who is in at least one open class this month. Students in archived classes are not counted.
Do students pay?
No. Students of a Testlyn teacher use the bank through their class for free. A student who wants premium self-study content outside class can buy a Learn plan; if they came through your class, you get a share.
What happens to AI marking above the quota?
You choose: pause AI marking until next month, or pay $0.10 per extra writing or speaking grade. You are never charged without turning it on.
How do I pay in Vietnam?
The app shows a VietQR code with the amount and reference filled in. Scan it in your banking app and the plan opens by itself, usually within a minute or two. No card, no gateway fee. A transfer plan never renews by itself.
Do I need to talk to sales?
No. Start free, and when you hit a limit the app shows an Upgrade button. Card checkout by Stripe, activated immediately.
Can I cancel online?
Yes, from the billing page, at any time. Annual card plans refund unused full months in the first 30 days.
Is there an education or NGO discount?
Public schools and registered non-profits get Center at the Pro price. Write to [email protected] with your registration.
