Questions
What counts as a student?
A student who is in at least one open class this month. Students in archived classes are not counted.
Do students pay?
No. Students of a Testlyn teacher use the bank through their class for free. A student who wants premium self-study content outside class can buy a Learn plan; if they came through your class, you get a share.
What happens to AI grading above the quota?
You choose: pause AI grading until next month, or pay $0.10 per extra writing or speaking grade. You are never charged without turning it on.
Can I cancel online?
Yes, from the billing page, at any time. Annual plans refund unused full months in the first 30 days.
Is there an education or NGO discount?
Public schools and registered non-profits get Center at the Pro price. Write to [email protected] with your registration.
