What we collect
Early-access form: email, role, country, exams, and your note. Product accounts (when open): name, email, class and submission data, and audio recordings a student submits for speaking practice.
What we do with it
We use it to run the service and to contact you about your access. We do not sell data. We do not send marketing to students who joined through a teacher's class; that is a product rule, not just a policy.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (hosted on AWS) and served through Cloudflare. AI grading sends the text or audio of a submission to an AI provider for scoring; it is not used to train their models under our agreement.
Children
Students under 18 use Testlyn through a teacher or parent account. We do not run behavioural advertising to any student.
