Outside Vietnam: Pro $15, Center $39, Center Pro $89 a month; a year costs ten months. A year is always ten months of the monthly price, so two months are free.
How you pay
In Vietnam — bank transfer
The app shows a VietQR code with the amount and the payment reference already filled in. Scan it in your banking app; the plan opens by itself, usually within a minute or two. No gateway fee, no card needed. 8020 English issues the Vietnamese contract and the e-invoice.
Outside Vietnam — card
Stripe Checkout, renewed monthly or yearly, cancelled by you at any time from the billing page. Contract with Testlyn LLC.
A bank-transfer plan does not renew by itself — nothing is ever taken from your account without you scanning a new code.
Questions
Is Free a trial?
No. Free has no end date and no card. It becomes too small when you pass 20 students in open classes or 3 classes, and the app tells you at that moment.
What counts as a student?
Somebody in at least one open class. Archive a class and its students stop counting.
Can my staff see teacher salaries?
Only the owner, a manager and the accountant. That rule lives in the database, so it holds even if somebody calls the API directly.
I already use Excel and Zalo. Do I have to move everything?
No. Start with one class and your lead list — you can paste leads straight out of Excel. Most centres move the money side over a month later.
Do students pay anything?
Students of your classes use the bank through the class for free. A student who wants premium self-study content outside class can buy it, and if they came through your class you get a share.
What happens when a plan runs out?
Nothing is deleted. The account drops to Free limits: you can still read everything, and you can archive classes to fit or buy the next period.
Can you move our data from EasyEdu or a spreadsheet?
Yes, on Center Pro we do it for you. Write to [email protected] with an export and we will tell you exactly what carries over.
